The Trustees stand in a fiduciary relationship to the body corporate. He or she must avoid
any material conflict between his or her own interests and those of the body corporate. A
trustee who acts in breach of this duty is liable to the body corporate for any loss suffered
by the body corporate as a result thereof or any economic benefit received by the trustee
by reason thereof.
