Robin Twaddle

Robin has nearly thirty years’ expertise in the legal profession, and obtained his degree through Unisa. He is our managing director and provides an invaluable support role to our attorneys.  As far as practice goes, Robin concentrates on Commercial and sports law and conflict management and mediation.  He enjoys finding creative solutions to clients’ problems and helping conflicting parties to reach a successful outcome in mediation.  Robin loves music and reading and enjoys cycling and playing golf in his spare time.  He is also passionate about cars.×

Almie Fourie

Almie obtained her LLB from the University of Pretoria before pursuing an LLM through Unisa. She has been an attorney since 2004 and specialises in Labour Law, Commercial Law and Debt Collection.  Almie enjoys the excitement of legal practice and personal interaction with clients. She always says that the legal profession chose her, as in her first year of studying, she pursued a BA Psychology degree with the LLB as a back-up plan – but fell in love with law and hasn’t looked back.×

Arno Bosch

Arno started his professional career in 2006 at the Free State’s largest law firm, Honey Attorneys, where he specialised in civil and commercial litigation. In 2010, he joined the National Credit Regulator as a specialist legal advisor focusing on enforcement action against high profile stakeholders in the credit industry. Arno returned to practice in 2012 and now represents various credit providers and other industry stakeholder. Besides consumer legislation, he also specialises in commercial drafting and civil and commercial litigation, acting on behalf of various major corporations in the hospitality, frail care, credit, manufacture and supply, IT and media, mineral and construction industries. An avid golfer, Arno is married with three children.×

Raullene Marais

Raullene, who heads up our conveyancing department, obtained her LLB degree from the University of Pretoria in 2010.  She was admitted as an attorney in 2012 and subsequently also as a notary and a conveyancer.  Raullene is passionate about estate planning and administration, drafting of wills, and property law.  She specialized in estate administration for two and a half years at FNB Fiduciary, before deciding to return to practice. Raullene really enjoys estate planning, because she believes in taking care of your loved ones and leaving a legacy long after you are gone. She is also passionate about pro bono work and charity and believes in giving back to the community. This passion started when she served her articles at the Law Clinic. Raullene is married with two children and enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends and cooking. She also enjoys scuba diving (a hobby that is on hold for now with two kids).×

Lizelle Squirra

Lizelle obtained her LLB from the University of Potchefstroom (NWU).  She started her professional career in March 2003 after gaining experience in general litigation, family law and insolvency law.  Towards the end of 2003 she decided to spread her wings and left for the United Kingdom.  In the six years spent abroad, Lizelle completed the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test and was admitted as a solicitor in May 2005, gaining experience in debt collection and personal injury law. Lizelle returned to South Africa in 2009, where she specialised in debt collection and general litigation.  In 2014, Lizelle joined the National Credit Regulator as a legal advisor in the Registration and Compliance Department, focusing on credit provider regulatory compliance.  Lizelle enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, traditional archery and recently signed up for CrossFit.×

Frank Setati

After a 20 year career in education, during which he obtained his LLB degree from UNISA in 2011, Frank Joined the Robin Twaddle & Associates family in September 2015 as a Candidate Attorney. After completing his articles, Frank was appointed as an Associate, focusing on Family Law (particularly divorces), general litigation and drafting and interpretation of contracts.  Frank also has a keen interest in Tax Law, and intends studying further in this field. Frank draws inspiration from ordinary folks from all walks of life, who pursue their dreams despite their hardships.×
